3. ഫൗണ്ടേഷൻ (Foundation Work)
ഫൗണ്ടേഷൻ വീടിന്റെ അടിസ്ഥാനം തന്നെയാണ്:

- Excavation depth – based on soil test
- PCC (Plain Cement Concrete) base
